Your mission: 

• Solving tickets in a fast manner but with sympathy and efficiency

• Liaising with other CS agents and other teams for efficient trouble-shooting

• Being solution oriented and proactive

• Recognizing own mistakes and offering solutions

• Balanced adjustment between company policy and customer demands

• Should have the capability of multitasking

• Identifying the needs of the team and proactively take action to support other team members

  What you should bring with you:

•  Minimum 1 yr experience in customer support

• English writing and reading skills

• Capability of handling overtime or work load

• Solution Oriented

• High Patience Level

• Experience in sales (would be a plus)

• Great learning capacities

• Knowledge of the German language would be an advantage.
