We are looking for a Marketplace Manager who will take ownership of developing our sales on international marketplaces, primarily Amazon and Zalando.

In this role, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating a team, driving marketplace performance, and continuously optimizing sales and marketing activities. We are looking for someone with strong leadership and organizational skills, who understands how marketplaces work and is eager to grow our presence across European markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow sales on Amazon and Zalando across international markets

• Build, coordinate, and develop a team responsible for marketplace sales and marketing activities

• Execute the marketplace sales strategy and drive revenue and profitability growth

• Organize team workflows, delegate tasks, and support the professional development of team members

• Collaborate with the logistics team on FBA operations and ensure product availability

• Optimize product listings (content, SEO, positioning, visibility)

• Plan and execute promotional campaigns (Amazon Ads, discounts, special promotions)

• Monitor and analyze key performance metrics such as ACOS, ROI, product profitability, and AOV

• Recommend and implement optimization strategies based on performance data

• Manage pricing policies and ensure offer consistency across EU markets

• Maintain account health and ensure compliance with Amazon and Zalando platform policies

• Analyze market trends and implement marketplace best practices

• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, e-commerce, logistics) and external partners

What you should bring:

• Experience working with Amazon and/or Zalando marketplaces

• Strong leadership and team coordination skills

• Ability to organize work, prioritize tasks and drive projects forward

• Experience with Amazon Ads or other performance marketing tools

• Strong analytical mindset and ability to work with sales metrics and KPIs

• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Excel

• Good command of English (spoken and written)

• Proactive attitude, ownership and results-oriented approach

• Ability to work cross-functionally with different teams
