About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Order, Reporting & Quality Assurance Assistant to support our team with order templating, reporting, quality checks, and day-to-day administrative tasks.
The role requires someone who is comfortable working with Excel, reports, documents, and data, with strong attention to detail. You do not need to be an Excel expert, as training will be provided, but you should have a good understanding of basic Excel formulas and be comfortable working with spreadsheets.

Key Responsibilities

- Support order templating and order-related data management.
- Prepare, update, organize, and maintain Excel reports and spreadsheets.
- Assist with preparing regular operational and performance reports.
- Review reports, drafts, templates, and other documents for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
- Perform basic quality assurance checks on data, reports, and order-related information.
- Identify errors, missing information, inconsistencies, or discrepancies and coordinate with the relevant team to correct them.
- Ensure order templates and reports follow the required format and internal guidelines.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure information is properly documented.
- Use basic Excel formulas, sorting, filtering, and formatting to manage and organize data.
- Assist with data validation and cross-checking information across different reports or sources.
- Support the preparation of drafts, documents, and other materials required by the team.
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy when handling business and operational information.
- Assist with other reporting, quality assurance, and administrative tasks as required.

Requirements

- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Comfortable working with reports, spreadsheets, drafts, and documents.
- Basic understanding of quality checking or data validation is an advantage.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to identify errors and inconsistencies.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to learn new processes and tools.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
