Your mission: 

• Assist the Purchasing Manager in day-to-day tasks and project coordination

• Prepare and manage data and reports using Excel

• Communicate with suppliers and internal departments in a professional and timely manner

• Help with the planning and organization of purchasing activities and inventory tracking

• Follow up on orders, shipments, and supplier communications

• Support documentation, filing, and other administrative duties as required

What you should bring with you:

• Strong Excel skills (intermediate to advanced level)

• Freshers can apply. Experience in projects and administration is a plus

• Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written)

• Confident, extroverted personality with a proactive and hands-on approach

• Good organizational and management skills

• Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment
