We are currently looking for a dedicated Store Manager for our store in Haarlem.

Your mission:

• As store manager, you inspire and motivate your team of 4-5 people, e.g. through sales coaching.

• You create an unforgettable shopping experience for our customers.

• You design the store with your creative touch and ensure a perfect product presentation that shows off our products to their best advantage.

• You remain flexible and team-oriented in order to support our do-it-yourself campaigns and the individualization.

• You develop sales-promoting measures for your location.

• You create operational planning, store organization and store optimization.

• You will pass on reports on business activities to the regional management.

What you should bring with you:

• You have completed vocational training in the retail sector or have already gained initial experience in this area.

• Your open, communicative and friendly personality enables you to establish very good contact with your customers and colleagues.

• You are a sales talent and inspire your customers with your product knowledge and your warm manner.

• You can actively listen and are willing to try out new things.

• You are no stranger to merchandise management systems and storytelling.

• Basic PC skills and not afraid of new tools.
