Warehouse Team Leader (Outbound) | Path to Warehouse Manager

About the role

We are looking for a person who will take on the role of Outbound Team Leader, with the ambition and potential to grow into a Warehouse Manager role in the near future.

This position combines hands-on leadership of outbound operations with the opportunity to gradually take on broader responsibilities across the entire warehouse — including planning, data analysis, and process optimization.

We are looking for someone who wants to have a real impact on operational performance and team development, and ultimately take ownership of the full warehouse operation.

Your responsibilities

• managing a team within the outbound (shipping) area,

• organizing and supervising daily operational tasks,

• ensuring timeliness and quality of picking and packing processes,

• monitoring outbound performance and reporting results,

• solving day-to-day operational issues and supporting the team,

• ensuring compliance with health & safety (HSE) standards,

• cooperating with other warehouse departments,

  development exposure towards Warehouse Manager role:

• supporting operational planning (volumes, staffing, workload balancing),

• analyzing basic operational data and identifying improvement areas,

• supporting KPI tracking and performance monitoring,

• participating in process improvement initiatives,

• gradually taking responsibility for selected warehouse-related tasks beyond outbound.

Requirements

• experience in warehouse operations (outbound experience is a plus),

• experience in team coordination and willingness to take responsibility for a team,

• good organizational skills and ability to manage priorities,

• proactive attitude and problem-solving mindset,

• fluency in Polish and good comamnd of English,

• knowledge of warehouse systems (e.g. WMS)

• excel skills

Nice to have:

• experience in KPI tracking or working with performance metrics,

• experience in a fast-paced / e-commerce environment.
