Your mission:

• Active talent acquisition, talent management, multi-channel recruitment, and conducting qualified face-to-face interviews,

• Modern talent acquisition and active sourcing, ensuring positive candidate experiences,

• Communication with managers, employees, and external partners,

• Implementation and further development of HR processes and tools,

• Close cooperation with our external payroll department,

• Exploration of new platforms and new recruitment methods.

What you should bring:

• Conscientiousness and meticulousness in active recruitment of new employees at various levels,
