Your mission:

  • Development and negotiation of cooperation terms with suppliers/sellers including: preparing inquiries, conducting negotiations, and analyzing offers,

  • Responsible organization and coordination of team work,

  • Implementing optimal solutions for warehouse space management,

  • Active participation in resolving issues related to subordinate processes,

  • Coordinating actions in accordance with the company's policies, procedures, and principles,

  • Monitoring the effectiveness of programs and preparing monthly reports such as costs, savings, efficiency, services, quality, and improvements.

What you should bring:

  • Very good knowledge of production processes and supply chain,

  • Proficiency in English language,

  • Driver's license and readiness to travel for business trips once a month to Berlin,

  • Ability to analyze and process large amounts of data in Excel-type programs,

  • Professional experience of at least 3-4 years in a similar position (including, for example: team leader, coordinator, etc. – including in high-storage warehouses),

  • Ability to manage a team of at least 30 people,

  • Experience in optimizing production costs and internal processes in manufacturing companies,

  • Very good work organization and ability to work under time pressure,

  • Advanced knowledge of MS Excel,

  • Ability to set priorities and think analytically,

  • High personal culture and ability to build interpersonal relationships,

  • Very good organization of work time and management of the subordinate team,

  • Responsibility, consistency of action, and determination in achieving set goals.
