About the Role
As an HR & Office Specialist , you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our HR and administrative processes. You will be responsible for supporting the entire employee lifecycle—from recruitment and onboarding to daily HR administration and office coordination.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic environment, is highly organized, and can effectively manage multiple priorities. You will work closely with managers, employees, and external partners while contributing to a positive employee experience and helping to create an efficient, well-organized workplace.

Your Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment and candidate selection processes.
Publish job advertisements and maintain ongoing communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Organize and coordinate the onboarding of new employees.
Cooperate with the external payroll and HR service provider.
Prepare and provide payroll-related data in a timely and accurate manner.
Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation.
Ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the office and provide administrative support.
Handle general administrative tasks, including document management and correspondence.
Ensure the proper flow and filing of company documentation.
Coordinate office supplies and liaise with external service providers.
Cooperate with other departments
What you’ll bring:
Native or fluent Polish language skills.
Very good command of English (minimum B2 level), both written and spoken.
Initial experience in HR, recruitment, office administration, or a similar role.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn and take ownership.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
High attention to detail and a structured approach to work.
Confidence in using Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Drive) or Microsoft Office.
Good written and spoken English (B2 level or above).
The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
A positive attitude and a solution-oriented mindset.
Driving licence (cat. B)
