You aren't just a salesperson; you are our Retail Ambassador. Your mission is to step in exactly where you are needed most. Whether it’s providing stability in a store during a transition phase or jumping in spontaneously when a team is short-handed, you are the reliable backbone of Gusti Leder.

💼 Your Role

• You will work as a dedicated salesperson in our beautiful stores.

• When support is needed in different locations (e.g., during seasonal peaks or store transitions), you will travel to different cities to represent Gusti Leder.

• You will ensure our customers receive expert advice and experience our unique vibe.

📍 Locations & Housing

We provide a home base for you! Depending on our needs and your preference, we offer accommodation in:

• Berlin, Germany (In our dedicated company apartment)

• Stettin (Szczecin), Poland (In our dedicated company apartment)

🛂 Visa & Salary Support

• Visa Sponsorship: We will provide all necessary documentation and support to help you obtain a legal work visa.

• Financial Compliance: We ensure that your salary meets the legal requirements for a work permit. We are prepared to offer a competitive salary (up to €4,100 depending on specific visa requirements and qualifications) to ensure your relocation is smooth and legally sound.

• Sales Talent: You have experience in retail or a passion for customer service.

• Communication: You speak fluent English (German or Polish, Dutch, Austrian is a plus but not required).

• Flexibility: You enjoy a dynamic work environment and are open to moving between European cities.
